Congratulations on your upcoming wedding day !

We know there can be a lot of information to work through on a website, so we are going to break it down a bit here for ease of use. We will assume if you are reading this right now, you have already decided you are potentially interested in having you wedding professionally shot and edited.

STEP 1: Deciding if our style is for you . . .
While we would love to be a great fit for everyone, we understand all customers will potentially be looking for different things in their videos. Our style is very cinematic, not documentary. We tend to make final videos that are in the 45 minute range, and edit them to look as much like a feature film as possible.

One of the most popular parts of our packages are the teaser trailers. These are short 2-3 minute videos posted online for you to see approximately 30 days or so after your wedding. These are meant to give you an early glimpse into some of what your video will look like, while you await the final product. You can find them above under the "Trailers" heading. You can also find some segments of full videos under the "Theater" heading. 

STEP 2: Contact us to see if your date is still open, and receive a price quote

STEP 3: Book your date, deposit, and paperwork
Once we have spoken and/or met in person, and you are ready to book, we will send you a paperwork package for you to fill out. You will send send that paperwork, along with your deposit, back to our office. Once we receive that, we will make a copy of your paperwork, and send that back to you along with a receipt. You are now all set until your wedding day ! 

STEP 4: Week before your wedding day
Approximately 7 days prior to you wedding, we will go over the latest schedule over the phone or email, and wait for you big day. At that point your second payment will be due.

STEP 5: Get married !!!!
The easy and fun part....you have a wedding and we film it! You then go on your honeymoon, and we go back to our office with about 4-5 hours of raw footage from your big day. We organize it all, and wait to have a follow up conversation when you get back.

STEP 6: Provide us with any still photos and music you would like us to use in your final product
Before we can start your edit, we need any last minute notes you may have for us, as well as all still photos and music you would like us to use. If you are not going to incorpoate still images into the video, and/or leave the music up to us, just let us know. These materials are crucial before we can start editing you final video!

STEP 7: Await your trailer and video
About 30 days after receiving the materials from step 6, you will get an email from us for a link to your teaser trailer. Then at the 6-8 month point, you will get another email from us requesting a shipping address and let you know your final package is on its way !
